Είχα την τιμή να συνεργαστώ το 2022 σε ένα έργο κομβικής σημασίας για το Υπουργείο Ψηφιακής Διακυβέρνησης που αφορούσε τον ενδελεχή έλεγχο για την ευχρηστία και την προσβασιμότητα των 12 πιο συχνά χρησιμοποιούμενων υπηρεσιών της πλατφόρμας Gov.gr, της καθιερωμένης – πλέον – Ενιαίας Ψηφιακής Πύλης της Ελληνικής Δημόσιας Διοίκησης.
Από την αρχή της συνεργασίας μας, με εντυπωσίασε η βαθιά κατανόηση των συνεργατών της εταιρείας στον τομέα της ψηφιακής προσβασιμότητας, καθώς και η μεθοδική προσέγγισή τους, η οποία περιλάμβανε – μεταξύ άλλων – σταδιακή και αρθρωτή υλοποίηση παρεμβάσεων ώστε τα κύρια προβλήματα να επιλυθούν πριν οι υπηρεσίες φτάσουν στους τελικούς χρήστες. Ιδιαίτερα σημαντική για την επιτυχία του έργου ήταν η συμμετοχή ατόμων με αναπηρία, γεγονός που διασφαλίζει ότι η αξιολόγηση βασίστηκε σε πραγματικές εμπειρίες χρηστών.
Είναι πρωτοπόροι στην Ελλάδα στο πεδίο της ψηφιακής προσβασιμότητας και επιπλέον πρέπει να γίνει ιδιαίτερη μνεία στο γεγονός ότι οι συνεργάτες της εταιρείας διαθέτουν, πέραν της πρακτικής εμπειρίας, πιστοποιήσεις από τον Διεθνή Οργανισμό Επαγγελματιών Προσβασιμότητας (IAAP), λαμβάνοντας υπόψη ότι η κατοχή τέτοιων διαπιστευμένων τίτλων είναι σπάνια στην Ελλάδα.
