How to test content with users?

How to test content with users? _ Online course
Date:
Thursday, May 13, 2021 - 18:30 to Wednesday, May 26, 2021 - 20:30

You know Content is King. And when it comes to digital products and services it is the main ingredient for a good (or great) user experience. Content design is critical, and it is not only about writing copy but covers all the different types of content: text, image, video, sound.

But what about content testing? Do users understand it? How do they feel about it? Which words are the most effective?

Content testing is a research methodology to help you design content that really resonates with your users. Some techniques are more suitable for testing text & microcopy and some others can test all the types of content.

For this important topic, we offer a 3-part online course where we will present, discuss and practice some of the best content testing techniques. Special emphasis will be put on UX copy testing and A/B testing technique along with the description and analysis of experimentation methodology. This is a hands-on online course with many exercises and practical knowledge that you can apply to your own projects.

Please note: If you have additional questions specific to a particular project you're working on,  you can request a one-on-one consulting session after the completion of this course.
